CARE WITH ORDER ADDRESSING

Vink will arrange the shipment of products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any issues with the delivery of your order, we ask for your attention when filling out the address where you wish to receive your order.


RECIPIENT ABSENT

Ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. The postal service (Correios) will make three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package during any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Correios branch. In this case, the recipient must pick up the package within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Correios branch where the recipient must pick up their package in case of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the Correios website using the tracking code provided by the store.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Vink is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders placed on our website. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not completed due to discrepancies in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee of 65 reais (shipping cost + Correios fee) will be required to resend the product.


PROCESSING TIME

After your order is processed and the payment is confirmed in our system, the next steps are: picking, packing, and dispatching. This process usually takes about 1 to 3 business days.


SHIPPING TIME AND TRACKING CODE

You will receive the tracking code via the email registered during the purchase within 3 business days after your order is processed.

DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks after the order is dispatched. However, adverse factors such as delays in customs clearance, postal strikes, inability to deliver due to weather conditions or high-risk areas, and national holidays may extend the delivery time.

However, most of our customers receive their orders within 20 calendar days.


ORIGIN

Our products are imported from the United States, Europe, and Asia.

There are situations where an order may be delivered in two or more shipments, as products may be sent from different suppliers. In this case, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.


SHIPPING METHODS

Products are always delivered by Correios. However, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, delivery limitations in certain regions, or an incorrect address, the customer may need to pick up the product at the nearest branch.

If the address is not filled out correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling out the address. If there is any error in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Correios will make three delivery attempts. If they are unable to complete the delivery, the product will be available for pickup at the nearest branch for up to 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to the sender.
