Shipping Policy

CARE WITH ORDER ADDRESSING:

Lojas Vink will arrange the shipment of products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any issues with the delivery of your order, we ask for your attention when filling out the address where you wish to receive your order.

RECIPIENT ABSENT:

Ensure that someone will be at the address to receive your products. The postal service (Correios) will make three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package during any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Correios branch. In this case, the recipient must pick up the package within 7 calendar days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, according to Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and the customer will need to pay for a new shipping fee to resend the product.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:

Lojas Vink is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders placed on our website. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

Attention: If delivery is not completed due to discrepancies in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee (shipping cost + Correios fee) will be required to resend the product.

PROCESSING TIME:

After your order is processed and the payment is confirmed in our system, the next steps are picking, packing, and dispatching. This process usually takes about 2 to 3 business days, depending on the number of products included.

SHIPPING TIME AND TRACKING CODE:

You will receive the tracking code via the email registered during the purchase within 3 business days after your order is processed. Tracking updates provided by the logistics company are not immediately reflected in the system, so there may be delays in the actual updates of the package status. To track your order, simply visit the Track Order page on our website.

 

SHIPPING METHODS:

Products sold by Lojas Vink are always delivered by Correios. However, in some cases, such as the recipient being absent, delivery limitations in certain regions, or an incorrect address, the customer may need to pick up the product at the nearest Correios branch.

If the address is not filled out correctly, the product may be returned to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling out the address. If there is any error in the address and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Correios will make up to three delivery attempts. If they are unable to complete the delivery, the product will be available for pickup at the nearest branch for up to 7 days. After this period, the product will be returned to the sender. There are also cases where Correios does not attempt delivery, even though our company pays for the service, and in such cases, the customer must pick up the product at the Correios branch.
